Do you have any MOQs (minimum order quantity)?

No, we do not have much higher MOQs than other distributors. We can ship to your location for as low as $500.
Do you charge shipping on orders?

Yes, all of our orders are FOB only. You will have to bear the shipping cost. For volume orders, we can quote a discounted shipping.
Do we have to arrange the shipment of our orders?

Technically, NO because we provide affordable shipping rates as we have partnerships with many delivery carriers who can ship to your location. However, you can also arrange shipments for your orders.
How do you charge shipping?

We add the shipping and handling charges to your invoice.
What is your delivery lead time?

For parcel delivery, we have a standard 3-5 days delivery. Also, we can provide express 1-day or 2-day delivery as well. For LTL shipments, handling time is up to 2 days and standard delivery is up to 3-5 days.

Yes, you need to ship 1000 units per month to be considered for fulfillment services.
Do you provide customer support as well?

No, we require that the inventory owner oversee the end-consumer relationship. We only pick, pack, and ship to your customers on your behalf.
